Document requirements depend on your residency status and income type. The goal is simple verification — not a long bank-style audit. If you have no UAE credit history yet, read our guide on rent-to-own without local credit.

Newly arrived expats usually provide: valid passport, UAE residency or entry permit, visa copy or entry stamp, and a UAE or international driving licence. A UAE salary certificate is often not required.

Entrepreneurs and freelancers typically provide: passport, Emirates ID, UAE driving licence, and bank statements for the last three months. See also our guide on car leasing for freelancers. Corporate audits or tax returns are usually not required.

Send photos or PDFs on WhatsApp to start. We confirm what applies to your case and reply with approval steps — usually within hours on business days. Next, read how rent-to-own works or browse car leasing in Dubai.
